In regards to the Carrington staff, from the site visit through to the conference itself the service and attention we received was the best I have come across. Your team was always ready to meet our requests, always with a smile and always ready to go the extra mile. Our objective was to make the experience a retreat, for the team to have a relaxed experience and to feel a bit special and rewarded. The way we were treated at Carrington meant we exceeded our expectations in delivering that.
I liked the way you all pitched in - from the Gourmet Safari to waiting tables to serving breakfast. I am not sure when you all slept but guess it was on the Saturday.

Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is cancelled fewer than thirty days before your visit, a charge of one night's accommodation will be made. Due to our remote location a last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. Should we receive less than seven days' notice of cancellation we will charge for every room night booked. Naturally we will endeavor to re-book the space and if successful a refund will be made.
